In over 15 years of practice, Matt has represented clients ranging from individuals, homeowners, municipalities, small businesses, and large national corporations. He is an experienced litigator and trial lawyer who has tried, arbitrated, and mediated numerous cases, resulting in favorable verdicts and settlements in state and federal courts. Matt also has extensive appellate experience, litigating in multiple state courts of appeal and Federal Circuit Courts of Appeal. He has experience handling all types of civil matters, including construction and commercial law, property issues, contract disputes, and all matters pertaining to businesses.
Matt resides in Bozeman with his wife, Caressa, and their children. Outside of the office, Matt enjoys exploring the Montana outdoors with his family, hiking, biking, and skiing their way through the Treasure State.
